TERMS: Payment in advance of shipping

CONDITIONS OF SALE: Bentley Tropicals guarantees all stock to be in good, healthy condition when delivered. After material has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for improper handling, planting, or exceptional weather. Any claim as to condition of material must be made at time of delivery and will not be honored after five days following delivery. The above guarantee covers only the purchase price of plant material supplied by us. Nursery Stock rejected following delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to shipping and handling costs.

NON-WARRANTY: Bentley Tropicals gives no warranty as to the variety or productivity of any stock sold. No liability is assumed by seller for delay or failure to deliver caused by government regulations, droughts, inclement weather, labor disputes, floods, fire, frost, war embargoes, or any other contingencies beyond seller's control.

HOLD ORDERS: Bentley Tropicals will hold orders for future delivery up to 10 days. Orders to be held longer will require either a deposit or pre-payment according to the agreement made at the time of sale.
